Our company operates in the field of fabric finishing and dyeing for both woven and knitted textiles made from a wide range of materials, including cotton, linen, combed and carded wool, viscose, nylon, polyester, silk, and their blends. We have departments dedicated to preparation, fulling, dyeing, and finishing.

Preparation

In this department, initial wet processing is performed using water and chemicals to remove impurities from raw fabric, sometimes providing a modest finishing effect.
The department features various types of machinery to meet diverse client needs.

Preparation of Plant Fibers and Blends:

Bruciapelatura
Bleaching for storage and steam
Mercerization for woven and knitted fabrics
Soda treatment for woven and knitted fabrics
Causticization and fibrillation in rope
Enzyme treatment

Preparation of Combed and Carded Wool:

Anti-felting treatments
Potting with angra
Tumbler treatments

Fulling

Our equipment enables processing of both heavy and light wool fabrics, including combed and carded wool and their blends, allowing for varying degrees of fulling intensity based on requirements.

Dyeing

Modern flow and jet dyeing machines, controlled by state-of-the-art computer systems and supported by colour kitchens and automatic dispensers, combined with a highly advanced pad batch dyeing department, are key strengths of our company. These facilities not only serve production but also conduct various quality tests.

Finishing

Our finishing department includes industrial washers and dryers, Airo machines for enzyme treatment and drying, Turbang for free drying, Sanforizing machines, several grinding machines with or without diamonds, garzature/cimature lines for cotton and wool, accompanied by polishing and plate graying machines, as well as bowl and cotton calenders, decatizing machines, steamers, and KD equipment. This extensive range of machinery ensures we can meet any finishing requirements requested by our clients.
